Spring is the time of cleansing and rejuvenation as we emerge out of winter. Giving our bodies an opportunity to cleanse in Spring is vital to our wellbeing especially considering the amount of toxins in our environment and the epidemic of chronic disease. Nourish your mind, body, and spirit with an organic spring detox retreat in a sacred space. Learn tools of self-care and proper diet to bring home with you on your healing journey.

We are very excited to offer this Spring Detox, rejuvenation retreat with Dr. Jus Crea Giammarino ND and Shiwa Noh and many amazing talents, and helpers at Nibezun this Spring. It seems a bit short notice, but we were encouraged to put our hearts into action to be the help that we can be, to the people who needs help with their health, nutrition, support, and overall well-being. And, we didn’t wanted to miss the fresh Maple Water Season also!!

Master Chen, Internal Martial Art teacher once told me that, in order to have real healing, 1. Simple Cleansing Herbs 2. Simple Food (heavy vegetable) 3. Movement (Tai-chi/Qi-gong) 4. Circle of friends and family come together and pray.

Dr. Jus Crea and I (Shiwa) were thinking that we, all the participants we can be the support and circle for each other, and that we can offer all these 4 elements healing together best way we know how, guide and support you the best way for your health.

You are invited to a 6-day/5-night body/mind/spirit retreat for $875 (includes a $50 credit toward one private service with a practitioner). Single day sessions available at $150, no overnight.
